In this PR I include some changes to add the GMT-Phase2 scale conversions to the OMTF output. This work is still in progress until the issue with phi outputs is resolved.
The changes are in
L1Trigger/L1TMuonOverlapPhase2/src/OmtfEmulation.ccwhere I changed theconvertToOuputScalesPhase2.
